steveUK 9
Hi. Just wondering how often you clean your MKA's. I fired about 300 rounds of birdshot on Sunday and it was pretty fouled up but was still running great at the end (apart from the gas regulator nut coming loose - separate thread) I always strip it right down including separating the upper and lower and give it a good clean and oil every time I shoot it, is this necessary? Not that I wont clean it after every shoot (I actually enjoy cleaning it) just curious.
KIRCH76 12
I clean all my guns every time I shoot them no matter how many rounds I put through them. Sometimes they get cleaned even if it does not get fired hahaha... Especially my carry pistol that gets cleaned about every week.
Flatland Shooter 22
Since mine is fairly new and I'm watching for any signs of problems (like metal shavings in the upper receiver), I clean mine every 200 rds or so. To date, I've not shot it enough before cleaning that it failed to function. Bill
Tankin 1
Normally I clean my guns after every outing...something relaxing about it. However, I haven't cleaned the MKA since I've gotten it. I figure the first time will be when I put together all the parts that have been sitting in a box (Lower, handguard, etc.).
ToysRUs 8
Every time a round is fired in it.......
