Dracozny 11
decided I really really didn't like the pale look of the stock. really it was hideous. still planning on designing a new one that I am more comfortable customizing. I bought one of those Birchwood Casey stock staining kits. really just followed the directions so no sense in giving ya'll a tutorial about it. this is just a walnut color, I guess its a black walnut or something. took a nice bright sunny day to show off the color, any other sort of lighting was just too dark. in a couple days after the tru oil hardens a bit more I get to do some polishing and then I'll throw it back on the rifle. Dracozny 11
kind of late in the day for the pic but it looks pretty darn good I put a riser on the butt it uses a velcro strap. wasn't exactly designed for a rifle that already has a montecarlo cheek rest but it worked out on the range.
