lbsrdi 1,078
But it has " all Tapco furniture. " That rocks ! That does make it awesome, but what really makes it badass is that it is unconverted. I was wondering where I have seen that paint job, COD.
corbin 621
It's unconverted with all bolt on Tapco stuff that's been spray painted. If that's the kind of thing someone likes, then somebody might like that sorta thing. LOL Seems a tad overpriced, ya think?
DLT 1,646
Time to post the Kalashnikov get that tapco crap off picture again.

slippingaway 89
I just offered him $800, which I feel is fair because it needs HOURS of work to fix the paint job...
jdub23 21
A screwdriver and a rotary wire brush 1.5 hours ready for paint. 30 min to paint. 30 min at 400 deg F. Done. But I would have to do the whole conversion
gunfun 3,931
With an FCG a few rivets, a drill bit and a PG nut that could be turned into an acceptable basic compliant conversion for under $45. I don't care for the stock, but it can work. The pg can be modified and moved forward. The forend is actually decent. The flame brake can go on ebay to fund the other parts. Oh and Duplicolor semi-gloss is still around $7 for a can. That would get you 5 or so coats of black.
Rhodes1968 1,638
Yeah this could be fixed easily if you got it for a good price. Now tell me again about how uncool Tapco is so the guys at AR15.com can talk about AK gun snobs.
gunfun 3,931
OK- tapco stocks that are not fixed for AK pattern are either loose and sloppy (CAR) with more flex than is desirable, or very springy and slick (side folder). They both work. Their galil style front handguard was made by wrapping some plastic around a brick and then increasing the dimensions by 20%. The rest of their saiga compatible furniture is decent. I actually like the intrafuse front hand guard as shown above. Not so much the color though.
Rhodes1968 1,638
Now that makes sense. I can think of several suppliers of AK furniture that fit the same bill, some of it works some of it dont. And some of those are costly as hell.
gunfun 3,931
They also put the sling mounts in goofy in the way places. Kind of a head scratcher to me why.
