EthanM 514
As title says I put a Kvar hand guard on my Draco but its loose. It has quite a bit of up and down movement and a little front to back. Will the tension springs work on this hand guard? Sorry if this has been asked before

skullface405420 45
pack it with aluminum foil and hide it to where its out of site unless handguards tooken off. temporary fix, if you do it right you may be able to bridge the gap and make it not loose by useing it as a spacer sort of. has worked for me. BigChongus 765
Cut some gasket material to fit the inside of the retainer.
Matthew Hopkins 1,065
It has quite a bit of up and down movement up and down movement is because the "tongue" on the handguard (part that goes into the receiver) is thin. build that area up so that it very snug in the receiver. a little front to back. Will the tension springs work on this hand guard? on US made handguard there isn't a slot for a tension spring, so do what w8ligter suggested gasket in the retainer Edited July 23, 2013 by Matthew Hopkins

Tatsbysak 0
On one of my loose handguards I trimmed a small amount of metal off of the heat guard inside the hand guard and glued it to the back of the hand guard above where it fits into the receiver.
