Joe**Dirt 21
I will be purchasing one in the very near future. Before I even shoot it I will be addind a Firebird lower and (not sure which brand) front hand guard. What else do I need to do to make in 922R compliant? Thanks
haugpatr 972
You need to configure the gun so there are no more than 10 foreign made parts on it as defined by the ATF. There is a whole section here dedicated to 922r, try some research there.

Flatland Shooter 22
Has anyone determined what part in the MKA 1919 that the BATFE considers to be the mounting block (front trunion)? I'm at a legal 10 parts with the factory 10 rd magazines and at 9 parts with the Firebird 15 rd magazines (uses a Surfire USA made magazine floorplate.) Thanks.
