I cant seem to find any videos or info on the one I have, I have ayyached a picture of my pin retaining spring I think. anyone know how this is installed. thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
gunfun 3,931 Posted October 9, 2013 Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 That isn't the retaining spring, that's what reset the yoke of the sporter trigger set. There is sort of an L shaped spring which can be bent into a retainer, or you can get a retaining plate or shephard's crook. There are threads showing how to bend the spring floating around somewhere. Otherwise, look at the "trigger job" link in my signature line below. Somewhere in that short thread are a couple of images which show the various retainers and how they should be installed. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Cobra 76 two 2,677 Posted October 9, 2013 Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 No actually that is a retaining spring. It's like the ones in the Saiga .308 rifles. The trigger pin goes through the spring coil. The spring leg is then flexed up and over the hammer pin as it's installed, and locks into the bottom of the trigger pin groove. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
