Figured this sub needed a thread for customers to show off some of Cobra's handiwork.

I'll go first. Parts from Cobra include the fire control group from several years back and, more recently, a vented upper handguard.

Looks great man I'm glad that worked out well for your gun. Finishes it off nicely IMO. I did my S-20 that way because I wanted AK wood HGs but didn't want to mess around with all it would have taken to get a gas tube with HG retainers on there. This is a much easier and less expensive solution. Buy a lower HG retainer from Dinzag or CSS, get one of my gas tube covers, and you're done.

Great idea too on the customer pic thread. Yes by all means anyone who wants to show off pics of their parts when they come back from re-profiling and polishing, or anything else we do here, please post em up. People need to see the kind of outstanding quality you get from Cobra's Custom, as well as fast service. This week we are working to get as much done as possible on bolts, carriers, and triggers, so we should be shipping some by Friday.

"The 'occult' has not formed part of the overt concerns of members of the academic fraternity.  Any writer on the subject from outside these cloistered courts runs the risk of being branded partial- not, it should be said, without justification.  It is my case that this quite natural state of affairs has led to a partial view of history; that to ignore the occult revival of the 19th century is to ignore a large slice of modern intellectual development; and that the proper understanding of the workings of the occult mind explains much which has been puzzling commentators on the history of the last fifty years as well."  ~James Webb historian/author

I posted these in the S-12 picture thread, but worth repeating here to give Cobra props for his great work.  I got the full bolt, carrier, and FCG profile and polish and also a left side charging handle.  I couldn't be more pleased with how this gun now operates.
