EMT760 0
I finally finished my conversion. Love it, I haven't fired it yet. Quick question the Kvar stock, when fully pushed inside the rear of the receiver I noticed the area where the hole plugs go. The Kvar stock fills it in making it near impossible to push the plugs in. I shoulda welded it, oh well... How do I fix the issue? Notch the stock or cut it before it reaches the first set of holes?
Matthew Hopkins 1,065
easy enough to do, fully install the stock, then just drill it out a bit, same diameter as the hole, then install the plugs. I did that to my internal folding stock adapter. Edited November 28, 2013 by Matthew Hopkins

TxAgSaiga1979 16
I used a dremel tool and a milling cutter to waller out a notch in my kvar stock for this. My warsaw LOP stock had no problem, my NATO LOP required the notch.
Road Warrior 8
easy enough to do, fully install the stock, then just drill it out a bit, same diameter as the hole, then install the plugs. I did that to my internal folding stock adapter. Which internal folding stock adapter did you go with and are you happy with it? I was thinking about picking up the CNC Warrior/Bonesteel folder from CSS for my next conversion.
