SHOTGUN MESIAH 855
I have some Brenneke slugs that are specified for rifled barrel only. Do you think it is still ok to shoot these through the smooth bore MKA? And should I use one of the included chokes or go without a choke at all? My slugs are the Brenneke Magnum Crush 3" 1-1/2 Oz and Brenneke Super Sabot 3" Sabot Slug 1-1/8 Oz. Thanks-
toothandnail 275
It should be safe to shoot through a cylinder bore choke. Accurate? No. So basically not worth trying. Check out the Box O' Truth on the matter. He tested the very same thing. http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/bot46.htm

KIRCH76 12
I would recommend never shooting without some sort of choke installed... You could possibly damage the internal threads of the barrel
