Reaper-13 0
I find myself in need of a press, airbrush, and oven to cure the finish to complete a 74 and was wondering if there was anyone in the upstate SC area that has a press, airbrush, and oven that I might be able to use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Edited December 18, 2013 by Reaper-
Sim_Player 1,939
I used a $20 "I-Bar" Clamp from Home Depot to install the barrel and components. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?/topic/91801-my-bulgy-build-finally-finished/?p=947284
mancat 2,368
one thing I forgot to ask you in your other thread, what did you have to use to demill the original barrel pin and barrel stubs? I used a bench vise to demill the FSB/GB stubs on my AK-74 parts kits, but haven't demilled the trunnions on either. Edited December 20, 2013 by mancat

whitetrashrn 74
There are many ways out on the internet to get around the Press and the airbrush you can get at Harbor Freight for 10 bucks at times. The oven you could always use a peice of stove pipe and a 1 burner electric element stove thing. I put the stove pipe on top and secured it with little angle brackets. two holes at the top to run a rod through to hang the gun and a meat thermonmeter through the side to mkeasure the correct temp. Make one for less than 30 bucks and works as good as any oven..
