Ak_Rider 1
So I've been wanting to put a muzzle brake on my S-.308 for some time now. I bought it used back in 2006 and it came with the pistol grip converted and a flash hider. Ive recently discovered that the threads are reversed for the muzzle attachments. Is this normal for all stock Russian Siagas or was this something some one did before I bought it?

thebuns1 4,323
Sounds like a LH thread. If so, its likely 14x1, and could have been done at the factory, but its hard to say. Some of the Saigas came with threaded barrels many did not. Post some pics. Im not sure if the S308's came in with threaded barrels or not.
Sdustin 578
Ive never heard or the 308 coming in threaded but I could be worng. My guess is the person who converted the pistol grip also did the muzzle.
