Just curious, would that be considered a straw purchase?

 

YOU should research firearms purchases for family members/straw purchase.

 

Let us know what you find.

That clears it up.     Years ago when I worked at a pawn shop, we were told that if the buyer mentioned it wasn't for them, we were to cancel the sale and stop negotiating.    That led to my confusion.  Guess my old managers need a little clarification too.
