They do but its not cheap so you wont see it on gunbroker or on any  forum. Its a one man show and he makes only a few a year, all by hand and some are in the 45acp cal. We're talking $20k per handgun.

 

Overall Lugers are not expansive if you dont mind a shooter and not a collector. I bought one 4 years ago for $375. It was re blued and had prior pitting on one side and no import marks but it was a nice little shooter. Had my fun then sold it for about the same price

In short, nobody is mass producing them because it takes a lot of machine time and right now original Luger pistols are obtainable for less than it would cost to produce them. They're nifty-looking pistols, but the toggle system is an early, unreliable and fragile design. I don't see much point to reproducing them while there are still originals available fairly readily on the market.
