Cobra 76 two 2,677
The funny part about all of this, is the invader will be thinking I got this. While the defender will be thinking I got this. In all cases someone will be right and someone will be wrong (Damn that sounds cheesy). Bottom line do the best you can with what you have to offer. Knowing some of the people on this board, the invader is in for a rude and short lived surprise....... :-) This! ^^^ To me it is the worst offense a criminal can make the mistake of committing... entering a man's (or woman's) own private dwelling with intent to harm and / or rob whoever may or may not be inside. They have to go in with a mindset that they are prepared to do anything and everything to get what they want. If they aren't thinking that deeply into it then tuff shit for them they should not even be committing the break in. These days it seems the trend has shifted to where they actually prefer you ARE home so they can get you to show them where to find what they want. Or God forbid there are women and children inside they can terrorize for life and even rape at gun or knife point. So IMO we need to be prepared to deal harshly with anyone stupid enough to even try such things. I have a lot to protect myself, and I'm not willing to give up any of it, especially my girl and my health. Hell I've even got a shelf full of you guy's irreplaceable bolts & carriers here at any given time. They are in good hands....
ChileRelleno 7,071
I wouldn't want an actual Serval, but I would like a Savannah Cat, which is a crossbreed.

Cobra 76 two 2,677
Here's a pic of my old buddy's Serval he had awhile back. He had a lot of kickass exotic animals including a Black Panther (Khai... the Bosche Tools mascot for their "Panther" line), a beautiful Snow Leopard (Contessa), another Leopard I can't remember his name... I'll just call him Mr Scary...lol, some beer drinkin monkeys, and a whole house full of extremely poisonous snakes he had to keep antivenin in the fridge for just in case.... like the Gaboon Vipers OMG those fuckers were pure evil but beautiful. That is one house ANYONE would be crazy to go inside without him home LOL! I took these pics the day we were moving him in and helping build the big cages for the cats.
simChi 2
" I hear ya. The general contentious around here is to flee from oppressive laws . "Run rabbit Run" If we all did that then half the population of the U.S. would be living in Texas .Eventually there is going to be no place left to run. Then what are all you tinfoils gonna do? If our govt keeps us on the run then they have already won. Maybe that is their plan, to take complete control one state at a time. "RUN TO THE HILLS, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE"" another way to look to think about it - by continuing to live in those state you support, approve, and collaborate with both crazy laws and its lifestyle, you directly fund it through taxes and ensure that oppression will continue... if half of US population would be living in Texas , most of the socialistic states economy (pension promises, union backdeals, etc) will collapse as it is people like us who support it in taxes

They constantly make little growling, and rumbling/roaring sounds - looks like he just got caught with his mouth open. If he was angry, defensive or feeling threatened, his whole posture would show it. Splayed legs, muscles not tensed for sudden movement, tail up, ears not folded back - that's not an angry kitty. The only animal in those pictures who looks at all malicious is that little capuchin beer thief. Edited January 30, 2014 by Shandlanos
