Bullpupped S12 (Etin Thrasher)

Recommended Posts

Ok, this is the latest version of my bullpupped S12. The stock is 1/8" aluminum tubing and overall, weighs in at about 9#. I've gone with an external cable trigger linkage(actually off an old weed eater). The red dot and irons co-witness. A Tac-47 Auto plug that runs low to high brass and magnums without a hitch. I do need to come up with a better light mount but I love where it's at. I have one more mod in mind, to do a "pump" style charging system. Here's a few pics and I'll post more as I get them.

I'd like to hear about the pump charging system you've got in mind... That would certainly be interesting if it truly shut the gas system off and made it a normal pump shotgun.

I don't think he wants to make a pump gun, just change the charging handle location. I like it! Awesome job!

Thanks guys. Siminov is correct, the idea is to make it a multi mission shotty capable of using everything from 3" magnums to less than lethals as well as eliviate the issue of getting the charging handle in the face while shooting left handed. Also if for some reason the gas ports clogged, the pump action could still be utilized. Basically it will be just as shown with an arm up the side from the AFG back to a lug in the bolt carrier. The AFG will slide on a blank p-rail with a spring loaded button to hold it forward and back.

Yeoldetool, I thought about that, am trying to avoid barrel attachments. It may be my best option though. I think I may be able to cut slot in the shelf the light sits on and use a low profile scope ring.
