Blackjack 1
I am aware that turning the screw will raise or lower the front sight, my adjustment won't turn. Are they normally extreemly tight when new or does it seem that it is binding. I don't want to try to force it and break it.
Goodman 0
There is a notch in the top of the elevation adjustment wheel. A piece of spring steel fits into the notch to keep the wheel from turning. The punch tool in your cleaning kit can be used to hold the spring up while you turn the adjustment wheel. Look closely- you should be able to see it on close inspection from the side of your gun.
