I need to cover something very important as it has come to my attention that the majority of people emailing wanting work done are not taking the time to actually read the ad for our bolt group and trigger group re-profile & polish service.

The ad is long yes... That is for good reason. There is a LOT to the service we are offering and all of it is important to understand before sending emails to inquire about the service and wanting to know where to ship the parts. Quickly scanning (or scrolling) over the ad then sending us a message asking all the how, the why, the how much, the how long, and every other question already covered in the ad is very counter productive. Not only does it waste lots of our time and your time, but it is compounded by the fact that every time I have to sit down at the computer to answer another question, that is time I have to take away from actually working on the other customers parts who are in line right in front of you. The whole reason I spent as much time as I did covering every last thing I could think of in the ad, was so I don't have to go over ALL that information with each and every customer who asks about the service.
At least 99% of all the questions I spend hours a day sometimes answering one on one, are RIGHT THERE in the ad. Please just read the whole thing before emailing to ask?
I even get emails like "How much and how long?" Yes literally that is all they say....
Let's just say I answer with "$210 and 2 weeks"
What do ya think is gonna happen right after that? The guy will either go away never having a clue what all he missed because he thinks that's too much money for simply making his bolt shiny, or worse, I will get the honor of spending the rest of the day going back & forth playing 20 questions instead of getting a couple of whole jobs done? Then even after that some (at least half) don't even follow through with an order.
Look guys really.... I am performing a top shelf service here that is unsurpassed anywhere. I am also able to get people's parts back to them faster than most people expect (two weeks to a month average, depending on what all is being done...with some shipping back out as fast a day or two). To keep that up I need every minute of my time at work spent actually working in the shop. Anyone who has ever dealt with me knows I go to great lengths and far beyond to help my customers as much as possible one on one, including calling them or taking calls when necessary to explain to them how to disassemble or reassemble their weapon (like especially FCG remove / replace). I don't mind this at all and do it often. Just please do us a favor when inquiring about and ordering the service, by reading the details before asking the questions. Then me or even Racegal can easily help with anything else in a quick email and respond with a shipping address.
After that we really appreciate if you just hang back and wait to hear back from us with your tracking info. We will let you know as soon as your parts arrive here, then when they are ready to ship back you will receive a tracking number. No need to email and check on progress please. We do our absolute best to get everyone's order done as fast as possible and this will help a lot with keeping the work flying out the door.
Thank you for your consideration and sorry if this sounds grumpy. We just have to find a way to cut down on all the wasted time in order to turn parts around ASAP and with the best quality by not getting rushed.
