JJIns 0
I wanted to see what people thought about some new AK47 receivers in 7.62 x 39 mm? There's some pictures available to look at one and a description of the product: http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=400011401 Does the price seem to high for some of you guys? atakacorp 147
Price is good, flat usually 25-30$ , he wants 30 for final product +7sh+30 FFL,I mean if you dont have tools to do it yourself 67-70$ its about right. the only cons are FFL registration and 10 days wait What type AK you want to build ? I mean what trunnions do you have Polish,Bulgarian,Russian etc? http://ak-builder.com/index.php?dispatch=categories.view&category_id=180 Edited March 11, 2014 by atakacorp
Shandlanos 1,470
Some of those heat-treat temps seem a little odd. 1600 degrees for the first stage prior to quench sounds right, but I've always been told 400-450 F is correct for tempering, not 800. Are these made from Tapco flats, or another company's? Edited March 11, 2014 by Shandlanos
