Mullet Man 2,114
Looks like it uses traditional AK mounting points.

I wanna be the first to use this in the proper manner... Just messin with you defcon. Thick skin reigns supreme around here sometimes.

EthanM 514
Am I the only one that actually kinda likes this? Haha thanks for making me feel like a weirdo guys! I'll admit, they are better looking rails out there but there's a lot worse too lol. It looks pretty good without the top part of the front rail (just the bottom.) Stole some pics of it on a saiga. Not as pretty as the krebs or TWS though Edited March 16, 2014 by Ethan
ChileRelleno 7,071
I really like the lines of the TWS AK forearm & Gen II cover together. For a railed forearm alone, I like the Midwest Industries model. The huge gaps, irregular lines and slots/keyholes, just make it way too busy an fugly in my opinion. But if someone else likes it, go for it.
Big John! 2,062
Keyholes are for mounting clocks and such. I'll pass on any rail with them.
defcon 21
id leave the front gas block exposed or just trax-1 i wouldnt put side rails on it. i like it because its not bulky and sits flush with the receiver What's with the wall hangers like on the back of a clock? defcon 21
ordering a CSS conversion kit using a internal block and pig nose adapter so i can install my XLR stock
GregM1 241
the main point i notice about that rail system is the amount of screws involved in installation. i think i saw at least 20. at least its an ak and you dont have to clean it.
defcon 21
20 screws doesnt scare me.

Inebriated 31
I think it's unnecessarily complex. The Midwest Industries extended rail does the same thing, but is two pieces. and 8 screws, 4 of which are rather unnecessary. And is probably prettier. I think that rail looks alright, but id leave the front gas block exposed or just trax-1 i wouldnt put side rails on it. i like it because its not bulky and sits flush with the receiver What's with the wall hangers like on the back of a clock? I was going to advise you check out the MI extended rail, since it does effectively the same thing, but is much more streamlined and pretty, but instead, I'll leave you with a much more useful tidbit... stay off Arfcom.
