Razorbackaim 0 Posted March 28, 2014 Report Share Posted March 28, 2014 Had been reading about this mod for a bit and was on the fence about hacking up my safety lever. I took my BHO lever out when I converted because of the fact everyone said it was unnecessary and unreliable. I in fact had the bolt slam shut while I was using it. I decided to go ahead and let it rip. I used a dremel.. Think it turned out decent. Only thing I found to be different about the S12 and the other threads I read about this was how much behind the notch you have to take down. I had to really taper mine back to allow it to come up far enough for the bolt to catch on it. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The area behind the notch was in the way of the bolt to let the handle go in the notch. Maybe I missed something.. Lol. Thanks for the warm welcomes. One more for the road. Side note..
