12/76 0
What is the mandula muzzle brake? So named "Mandula" is an experimental hand-made muzzle brake. It's very big, but very effective. I can't exactly estimate, but when I tried it seemed to reduce recoil 2 times or even more. And I very like what it looks like. Just noticed, you could look at it in a previous thread, here: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=9909 Several extra pics:

AegisDei 2
I imagine it also helps for the BHO. That thing is pretty sweet. I think the brake could be a bit more aescetically pleasing and a tad more space efficient, but I definately like it. It's tough to say if the Mandula or Jamshot's brake is better for the Saiga. How much louder is the gun with Mandula in action?
12/76 0
I think the brake could be a bit more aescetically pleasing and a tad more space efficient, but I definately like it. How much louder is the gun with Mandula in action? As far as I know there are 2 versions of the "Mandula" brake. And the 3rd is being developed. The main idea of the jobs is to reduce dimensions of the brake keeping its effectiveness. So, i think it will look more aesthetically. Regarding the sound, I didn't notice anything essential. It seems to be the same as of an ordinary barrel. Perhaps even soften. Edited March 3, 2006 by 12/
