Spacehog 2,218 Posted June 6, 2014 Report Share Posted June 6, 2014 If you own a drill press, it is not that difficult. Use drill bits for any holes of various sizes, and a 1/4" router bit for elongated vents. Be sure to turn up the speed when using the routing bits or you will get chatter. The only thing to remember is that you must avoid the steel inserts-that was covered in some long ago thread, and go slow the material wants to grab the drill bit .
