Tundra1 391
My dear old dad passed away in 1999. One of his guns that I inherited was a Smith .40f. Mom just found a completely full 15 round smith magazine in a box of stuff that was his. The mag performed flawlessly as I fired the rounds loaded in it for 15 years, as well as several other reloads with it. Bittersweet feeling as I ran through 15 rounds of hollow points that Dad loaded 15 years ago. Still miss my Dad every damn day.

IndyArms 10,189
I am sure your dad would have wanted you to enjoy EVERY squeeze of the trigger, and would have approved of your "test"!!!

Spartacus 1,619
My Dad passed away in 2002. He didn't leave me any guns, although he did leave me a couple of bucks I used to buy guns. He was a very conservative guy, retired USAF Lt. Col., but for whatever reason never liked guns. He didn't even let us have BB guns as kids. I know I was always impressed when he talked about firing guns in training. As a kid my eyes would get big and ask, "Real guns?!!". Never got a chance to take him out to the range. If we had, I think he would have liked it and been ok with it.
