I forgot about the blade section here, and I finally had something you guys might like. Well Y.O.T. though it was only worth a glance, but strokes for folkes... I guess I am boring.

 

I picked up a saber for a bachelor's gift. Normally my guys tend to get eachother an heirloom handgun in these circs, but the groom isn't really into guns. He has a CCW which is an appliance for him.

 

So the sword was perfect for him.

 

It's a 1822 pattern British Saber with the infantry style blade. This one was probably carried in WWI, and was made around that time. It is marked Royal Artillery with all of the appropriate markings.
