In reality it won't because you see we have a criminal in the White House and with his porch monkey Gestapo agent holder they break the law weekly. Any judicial ruling against their agenda will, like all the rest be ignored. Ever wonder, why is it that when some federal judge rules against some law that was overwhelmingly voted on by the public like bans against homo marriage or the requirement for voter ID that it is immediately reversed, not waiting until an appeal is filed or the SCOTUS takes it up but when some bullshit law like Kenyan care or any of the blatant unconstitutional gun laws, some which have already been reversed by the SCOTUS it continues to be enforced until it can be appealed.?. No, the commie administration will ignore it and they will continue I do what they want. If nothing else it will start the litigation cycle all over again and it will be another 5 years until the next ruling, and then the next change, and so on and so fourth. The decision will be appealed to the entire D.C. circuit court where democrats are in the majority. These votes always go 5-4 on party lines and this will be no exception. There is zero ambiguity. The law is very clear that only state run exchanges qualify for the subsidies. This all equals more crooked mother fuckers that rule out lives.
