Hey! Did y'all hear that the ATF has suspended all Form 6s, supposedly until they can figure out exactly what is affected by the sanctions and what is not.

I only noticed one thread and that was after starting this one.  Just sad that what worked for me almost 10 years ago is suddenly not okay.  It used to be fine for a college freshman to choose a semi-auto hunting shotgun that is reliable, inexpensive, durable and versatile.  Now, only expensive options are available even though more people are going through financial difficulties.

The "Saiga ban" is written onto a different E.O than the rest of the Sanctions.

 

In my mind, this can only mean that this will be like the Chinese firearm ban.

It will never be lifted. just my .02 though....

This is not what I have heard. Source for this information?

 

Edited: The Kalishnakov ban falls under executive order 13662 which includes a shit ton of other entites and individuals. Look it up yourself. In the mean time stop the fear mongering. Two panics in a year and a half is getting old.

I did look it up, as you should also. I didn't see it in the E.O.

It was an amendment to the Exec order dated in March2014, that's why I didn't see it.

Its NOT listed as part of the original correctly on the .GOV site.

I did look it up, as you should also. I didn't see it in the E.O.
