imarangemaster 315 Posted August 1, 2014 Report Share Posted August 1, 2014 (edited) IIRC, the early (1999ish) Saigas used a sporter specific barrel that has a slightly different diameter at the muzzle than the later ones that use AK103 barrel blanks.
