saltydecimator 482
plannin on doin a chop n perm with a gk01 css clone.... just cant decide which model to use. thought i read somewhere that said the 24" were real uncommon, but just traded for a sight railed model that i cant get a choke on as is, so figured that might be a good option. will post pics of the base guns tomorrow...or thats in a few hours.... magsite20 1,664
you know there are people who can ream and tap those barrels to use screw in chokes like Rem-Choke
saltydecimator 482
ya ive considered that... wantin to go to the min length with a gk01 though...
magsite20 1,664
I don't shoot a lot of slugs or buckshot and have always found a choke a good thing to have in a shotgun with birdshot regardless of barrel length.
saltydecimator 482
ya i dont do alot of that either, but.... the dang railed gun has a fixed choke, now that adds more complexity to my decision... BuffetDestroyer 969
If you ever plan on selling them, don't chop either. If they are going to be in your collection forever, I would go with the 21". Edited August 7, 2014 by BuffetDestroyer
