Chicago Gun Buyback Program Funds Youth Shooting Program

Recommended Posts

Not intentionally, of course. Not in Chicago anyway.

I love the ingenuity of the group turning the guns in. It's just too bad they didn't get pics of the expression on the officer's faces when they saw what was being turned in.

It would be great to roll in there with a case of 91/30s (literally still in the crate), parted out like the one shown in the picture, and straight up make money off of their program by selling off the parts.

I would feel kinda bad about taking working firearms and parting them, but not so bad that I wouldn't do it just to shove it up Rahm's stinky ass..

Apparently, some of these "guns" were so bad they only met BATFE's legal definition of a firearm...as the article below put it, "any metal object with a serial number on it". I think they were laughing too hard to feel bad about anything.

That's even better then! They could have kept all of the stocks too! I'm glad this type of shit doesn't happen where I live, yet, but a part of me sort of wishes it did so I could "play along"...

There is a member here of somewhat notorious reputation (please no names if you remember it as to not start a shit storm) that camped out that the "ghetto gun show" and bought up a couple of sweet pieces from the line of people waiting to turn them in.. It was fairly hilarious.
