I have photos attached, any tips or solutions would be great. If it helps I am running an R&R magwell not sure if that matters but may help.
Capt Nemo 882
You can stone the sharp edge off the extractor ramp that's catching....BUT REMEMBER! That is your chamber you're modding, so take it REAL easy. Don't Dremel it! It will only take a few passes with a needle file if you don't have a stone. It doesn't take much. Jpanzer 1,265
Still get those from time to time in my S12, not using a magwell on mine...

67camaro 0
Capt Nemo, I have filed that a bit and it seemed to help. I just didn't want to go to far with it. I will hit it a bit more and see if it helps, thanks. Should I file it vertically as to make the edge duller or what? Any tips? And yes what you are seeing is paint, I hydro-dipped the gun in blue and white camo. Also no LRBHO just manual BHO.
Capt Nemo 882
I usually file/stone the edge rounded so it can't dig into the shell. Again don't go nuts on it as you are removing chamber material. I had a chamber blowout occur on a Hi-Standard .22LR pistol that used a similar kind of extractor. Blew the extractor ramp out and would cause ruptured cases. So take off as little as possible.

Jpanzer 1,265
RUN, don't walk to the nearest auto parts store, and buy some Duplicolor DE 1634 Low Gloss Black Engine Enamel. That shotgun can still be saved....
