Sdustin 578
You have to have a trust correct?
voonman 133
You have to have a trust correct? yes .or Cheif LEO sign off..Or a corporation ..Trust is the easiest way to do it..find your local attorney who can draw one up for you and you can pass down your NFA weapons down to your kids if you should ever die.. Sdustin 578
I was under the impression that efile was not for individuals, you had t use the trust. Id rather do it individually. We don't have a problem getting signed off in my county.
