Hello all:

First, I admit I initially submitted this question in a forum listed towards the bottom of the main forums page. I assume few people go there so I'm posting this question here in the general forum just for kicks.

I got a Savage 10 FCP-K for my b-day in .308. This is the version with a 24" fluted barrel and the cool looking muzzle brake. I've since put on an SWFA 12x42 MRAD scope, a bipod, and a Dark Eagle (?) 10-round magazine. I used TPS base and rings for the scope.

I haven't had a chance to take it to the range yet. It's still a virgin rifle, but I was wondering what can I expect out this rifle? What is the FCP-K's reputation with you more knowledgeable folks? I think I've made a good investment based on you tube videos I've seen and the .308's inherent accuracy. I've been buying Federal GMM 168 gr. Sierra Match King ammo whenever I find it. Might buy some Fiocchi "Exacta" 168 gr. ammo too.

Thanks. Happy Labor Day everyone!
