The cobra comes with fused power cord to hardwire to your vehicle or 12v adapter. Also comes with mic but no bracket. Powers on but have not tested it further. Asking $50 shipped Next item is a midland 75-822 portable cb unit. This item comes with antenna and rechargeable battery pack. Batteries hold a charge but not for long. I do not have a charging cable for this unit. This battery pack seperates so you can charge the batteries in a charging unit and is not reccomended for standard ni-cd batteries.
