NM0 586
Thought some of you might be interested in seeing a couple new pieces that I just sent to a museum exhibition. Was in same the show last year and shared images here. Both are multi fired ceramic and painted steel. Armed & Polite (17" x 5.5") is inspired by "an armed society is a polite society" and I carry a .357. DUD (11.5" x 7") has DEM and REP backwards on the shell with CONTROL on the bullet. Somewhat of a comment on Fed gun control attempt being a dud.
David Mark 2,452
Always impressed by your work NMO! It's hard to tell from the photos what is separating the bullet from the casing on the .357 piece. All I can see is a little red that almost looks like a spring.
NM0 586
Thanks for compliments. Did a spiral with some 5/16 rod. When you walk around the piece to read it the rod looks like it spins.
