SgtRaven 531
Senate takeover! America has spoken, right into the President's and his cronies' faces! But no time to party: restore the Republic from anti-American socialists and rotten GOP "establishment" as well. All aboard!

XD45 7,124
And the 2016 campaign begins today. The media had already declared Hitlery the winner. https://www.yahoo.com/news/how-hillary-clinton-won-the-2014-midterms-075943434.html The voters had a little tantrum. They showed their independence. 24 months from now they will do their duty and we'll have an even worse president. Edited November 5, 2014 by Darth Saigus
evlblkwpnz 3,418
Happy Birthday to me! I got what I wanted on so many levels! We were going out to play some miniature golf Saturday for my birthday and I made my wife and daughter vote early on the way there. I knew they would both forget if I didn't make them. Looking at how close that race was, I'm glad I did that. Being self employed, the possibility of Crist becoming governor had me terrified, for various reasons. It may just be some kind of head game, but this almost restores my faith in the voting process. Despite Governor Scott's shortcomings, I have voted for him both terms and he is the first person I have voted for since I voted for President Bush's second term. All of my other votes for significant office have been votes against. Things have been notably better in Florida for the past couple of years in terms of business and our ability to keep employees working. It feels good to see a campaign slogan become a reality. Let's get to work
pjj342 632
I caught the post election coverage on nbc, it was really disturbing. There faces were all in pain, they acted like this was the worst thing in the world. Are they really that disconnected from reality? Skipping and singing when democrats get elected but moping and bitching when republicans get elected. An ominous red banner which read 'republicans take over the house' could have read 'nazis invade poland' It was fucking weird. Too bad any pro gun legislation has to get past our dictator and chief. Republicans better work smart now. The establishment Rs won't let the conservatives do a goddamn thing. They hate conservatives as much as the left does. Establishment Rs don't want smaller gov. semper299 284
The one thing that this really helps is gun control legislation, or the lack thereof. With R's in control of both houses, the fear of an AWB or other BS gun control measures is moot. In other words, I highly doubt you will see a panic buy on guns and ammo over the next two years. Maybe even see prices continue to drop and inventory to come back up.

Yeah, everybody should have seen how the Moon Bats on MSNBC (watched to see their response) were carrying on, Matthews is absolutely in outer space, demonized Cruz like he was the 2nd coming of Hitler, saying he is Joe MacCarthy, and Maddow completely off the charts, made absolutely no sense at all, pure Evil...!!! Even the Republican strategist was talking Shit about the Republicans, fucking crazy....!!!! With that attitude I assume you are a non voter?
