Drufarious 0
I recently bought a Saiga AK-47 with a 22inch barrel. I was wondering how far one can be accurately shot, and if anyone could recommend a good reflex sight / magnifer combination that is under 300. I already have a quad rail hand guard set up. imarangemaster 315
I have shot an AK at 300, but that is really stretching it, since it drops considerably. 200 yards is the most I usually would limit it to. Past that, I have a PTR91 (HK91 clone) in .308 with a 3x9 Redfield Revenge scope with BDC.
mostholycerebus 415
Best under $400 is Primary Arms. With a 22" you may want to consider a side-mounted 1-4x or 1-6 times though.
shipwreck2 1
On the primary arms sight there are a lot of options. what combination do you recommend? is 3x magnification enough to get the max range out of an ak? There are standalone 3x options and red dots combined with a magnifier/two priece vs 1 piece.
