PITBULL1967 2
I have the chaos Titan extended rail on my saiga 12 and all the screws keep coming loose for both the rail and the HK style sights I have tried both blue and red lock tite and it still all comes loose after a few rounds I have lost one of the screws that is located at the back of the rail on the left side by the rear sight. I've gotten so sick of it that I just took it off because it's useless at this point. Any ideas on how to keep the screws from backing out short of pinning them in place? Well, you took it off so you are halfway there. The other half of the project is to leave it off

You're a Honda tech and you're having trouble with BlueThreadlocker? Try cleaning the threads with BrakLeen and try reapplying the blue threadlocker again..Red is for things you never want to take apart again.I was a diesel mechanic for 30 years and never seen Red threadlocker come loose without heat...I own a Chaos rail system and it's very solid..
