DIY triggerjob?

Recommended Posts

And if not, just about any factory trigger can be improved by using a ceramic knife sharpener or 800 grit automotive sand paper backed with something flat to polish any surface that moves against another surface. Go up to ~1200 grit for a good polish. Keep the angles the same and the corners at the same general radius. Put marker ink on the engagement surfaces and cycle the trigger. The wear lines will reveal the high spots. Make every thing true and on plane while removing the minimum of metal.

If the parts are available in Denmark, change out the stock trigger, disconnector and hammer for aftermarket parts from Tooth and Nail or Firebird Precision.

Makes for a nice shotgun trigger right out of the box.

Not able to export any trigger parts - ITAR and all that garbage
