WTS: Vepr-12 semi auto shotgun. Unfired, mag is still sealed in plastic bag and comes with manual. Folding stock is factory spot welded in the open position for import, but that can be changed. Due to Molot-Oruzhie being a subsidiary of Kalashnikov Concern, Vepr-12s, as well as all other Molot products, were banned from further import by executive order 13662 issued by President Barack Obama on July 16, 2014. So get one while you can. First "I'll take it" gets it. I have this for sale at other locations so if you want it let me know right away or it may sell elsewhere. If you live in Florida, I can ship to you direct, just e mail me your driver's license and state you are not prohibited from owning a firearm. Outside of Florida, email me your dealer's FFL for me to ship to. Shipping is actual and I will ship however you want. $1,400.00 Payment by money order or certified bank check. No trades. fwiw Molot is not a part of Kalashnikov Concern and isn't under the current sanctions.

I'm no authority on that personally, but according to this it is under the current sanctions. That's where I got the info from. Scroll down and read the export and legal status section at this link......

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vepr-12

Also go to this page link at the Dept of the Treasury and type Molot into the advanced search box.

http://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/OFAC-Enforcement/Pages/20140716.aspx

Which will then take you to this page.

If you read that Dept. of Treasury page you link doesn't actually mention Molot or any company in Vyatskie Polyany, I;m not sure why it comes up in the search results unless they just have it erroneously tagged.  Also, the linked reference in the Wikipedia article doesn't mention Molot anywhere in it either.  New Vepr shotguns and rifles have been coming in since the sanctions to distributors since the sanctions, unlike Saigas.  Evidence doesn't point to any sanctions on Vepr/Molot.
