robertparker999 3
I ordered two new barrels from King Armory in mid March and have heard nothing from them since. My credit card was billed immediately and they have not returned any of my emails and their voicemail is full so I cannot leave a message. Anyone have recent dealings with them or able to get in touch? Any help would be appreciated.
gunfun 3,931
Sorry to hear that. I ordered a small part from them in 2004 and the service was very prompt.
garnaz 215
If you have Facebook might try there. They use to be in Az but moved. I think Louisiana.

The address on my receipt says Arizona. Who knows. I don't mind if it took some time to get the barrels but they needed to contract me about it (and they should not have charged my card). FOG50 12
I have bought a few things from them, recently. The best time to call seems to be in the early evening. The owner spent a good 30 minutes on the phone discussing his products. Seemed like a nice guy!
HB of CJ 1,263
Do you have a physical Snail Mail Address? If sosss, then consider a short polite letter outlining your situation with all the needed information. Send it registered mail, Signature Required. Give them some more reasonable time to make it good. That time length is up to you. Then if they ... 1) Refused Signature, or ... 2) Did sign for it but have not responded to you in a reasonable amount of time, then 3) Call up your friendly Credit Card company and file the maximum complaint about the company. The Credit Card Company will take care of the rest. We have found that this works every time, unless the company has gone belly up. Even then you might get your money back from the CC company or at least get a "credit back". If all of this fails, then step two is to make contact with the BBB of the area. Be prepared for no action. Calling the cops of the jurisdiction may not help. They usually will not get legally involved until the amount is several thousands dollars, even maybe not then. Credit Card fraud is way down on their list of things to do. Hope this helps. HB of CJ (old coot) I think they have 30 days to perform or must contact you why not.
robertparker999 3
I will try calling again this evening. I don't have the time to deal with this so I will contact my CC company if I am unable to get a response. Thanks.
