SGL 530
I take this to mean that your shotguns are not converted. Slidefire has a version that's specifically for unconverted Saigas that combines the pistol grip and stock into one unit if you're inclined to do such a thing. They show a rifle here but I have no reason to think this wouldn't work on a shotgun. To each his own, but I would recommend taking that Slidefire money and using it to get your shotguns back into their natural configurations instead.

Kingchedr 12
They are converted all 4 of them they don't have the pistol grip nut hole all 3 of them have bolt on trigger guards that you bolt the grip onto except the vepr 12 but that has a factory side folder I can't stand the sight of an unconverted saiga and I already have a slide fire stock The bottom one is being converted now All my saigas get converted the first day they are placed in my hands I'm so impatient when it comes to working on firearms

Mullet Man 2,114
Cut some pistol grip holes in them. Its pretty easy if you have some tools. There are templates with measurements floating around on here somewhere too.
Kingchedr 12
What kind of tools would I need mullet man??
Mullet Man 2,114
Some way to start a hole like a drill and bit and then a small round file to shape the round hole into a square. Its pretty easy to do. You can reuse those trigger guards that you have by cutting off the pistol grip mount on them.
gunfun 3,931
What kind of tools would I need mullet man?? A drill and a triangular file. Square is OK too, but you would be better to get the triangle one. Round won't get into the corners, so I think MM made a typo. Scratch lines where the holes go with a square and a scribe. Then punch a center and drill a big hole in the middle, Keep the hole undersized, just clear of the lines. Then file the rest of the way to the lines and into the corners. Whole job will only take a few minutes. This method will save you from going too far with a power tool. Edited June 9, 2015 by GunFun
Mullet Man 2,114
I like to leave the corners rounded so a stress point can't develop. I actually filed the corners deeper on my s12. Am I over thinking it, possibly. But it surely doesn't harm it any.
