Sirex 34 Posted June 28, 2015 Report Share Posted June 28, 2015 I grew up a nice, unracist, unbiased Georgia boy. I grew up playing army, playing with toy guns, watching the Dukes of Hazzard. I loved living in the south. People were warm, laid back and friendly. Then my father moved us up to Maryland, land of the libtards where all the DC refugees live. Racism was more open up here than it was down where I was. I had always thought of the rebel flag as a symbol of defiance against an overreaching federal government, and a symbol of southern pride and heritage. As bad as it was to see the same guy who killed 9 people in a church in S. Carolina wave the rebel flag, I haven't heard anyone cry out about the pics of him burning the American flag which I have great respect for as well. The rebel flag has been removed from most selling outlets, yet you can buy Soviet and Nazi stuff, both of which killed millions more than the confederacy, which I guess is ok as the liberal left idolizes the ideals of socialism and communism. Warner brothers has declined to license out the General Lee car with the flag on it anymore. Because some sick fuck waved a flag I kind of identified with culturally being a southerner, now it has become "HATE" to have or display the flag, but we have to abide by the right of dissenters to burn and desecrate the American flag under the 1st amendment. But my unpopular opinion isn't respected. I am ok with gay people getting married, but I am sick of the stupid rainbows on peoples' profile pics on FB, and the fricking rainbow White House. Shoving it down my throat. I mean, you can no longer buy a rebel flag on ebay, but you can buy an American flag with the stripes in rainbow colors celebrating LGBT life. We have brave soldiers, hurt in combat losing a bravery award to Bruce Jenner? WTF. I grew up playing with toy guns. At recess we used sticks in the shapes of guns. Neither myself or any of my friends went on killing sprees. Yet now, I have to warn my son not to draw, speak about, or infer use of imaginary guns for fear of expulsion from school. My kids are learning common core principles in school, and I can't help them with their homework because I can't shove my head far enough up my ass to understand common core. The old school ways were fine, now they have to show the methods on how they got their answer. Even if they get the correct answer, but did not do it according to the set agenda, they get marked wrong. We are expected to respect the rights of men who identify with being a women so they can pee in the ladies room, yet people look at me like I'm a perv when I stand right outside the ladies room because my young daughter is in there. Sorry for the long rant, but I just feel this whole country if fvcked up beyond repair anymore. I remember when men were men, and it was ok for women to be women and need a man. I am fine with equality, but it needs to be a two way street respecting those with traditional values as well. I mean, here in Baltimore, things are spinning out of control, and everyone wants to blame something else and not address the core problems. How many families, lives, and businesses have been destroyed. This is just an example, but if you want something to hate, start with this. You you go back and look at the roll call of the civil rights act of 64 you will see that the the opposition to that bill was lead by Ds as Robert Byrd and Strom Thurmond. Only 60% of Ds voted yea, 80% of the Rs voted yea. If it wasnt for the Rs that bill would never passed. But who wants to study history when reality TV is on.. If they don't like it, they can go live in some country made by their own people. Political correctness is merely a cover to try to intimidate American men into silence for the intention to destroy this country and murder us all, while the men are mentally brow beaten into standing by and doing nothing about it, and it's high time that sunk into everyone's heads real well. Both soldiers and ordinary patriots have a duty to protect this country, it's people and what our ancestors fought and died to give to us and our children from any and all enemies. Our founding fathers took up arms for far less than what the government is doing now. And the Confederate States did the same when the federal government overreached. Today we are instructed to believe that the Civil War was entirely about slavery. But I will never believe that the majority of southerners, who had never owned a slave, would fight and die to keep slavery. But slavery is alive and well in America. The majority of blacks still serve their masters who still consider them less than human. Those masters are Democrats who run the majority black cities very much the same as the plantation owners ran their plantations 200 years ago. Ironically it is the blacks who say no to the Democrat masters who are called Uncle Tom, Oreo, House Negro, and worse. The south lost, but their cause is still just. If you sell a lot of stuff on eBay, used household goods, etc. they want to tax you on that again as new income. Never mind the income to buy those goods was already taxed, and then taxed again at original purchase. The city of Chicago now has a "streaming tax". If you are in Chicago (thank God I'm not) you now owe them money if you click on Netflix or other streaming service. They also tax the ISP connection. It's an "amusement tax" they say.
