HighPlainsDrifter 466
Thanks for finding this. Now to find someone who knows all the who's who of the ruskie arms industry. Fifth paragraph down... "and on any person operating in the arms or related materiel sector in the Russian Federation" So in the end it may not matter who is associated with what. It's reading like if it's firearm related and imported from Russia it now falls under the sanctions. I suppose we will have to wait and see how the Feds interept this EO. If you want to read more there is a decent thread going at The AK Forum
gunfun 3,931
I'll wait for some dust to settle. At any rate, this is all a boon to the US gun makers, and maybe the poles and bulgarians, etc.
Sim_Player 1,939
This technology is so old. AKs and ARs will be eligible for C&R status pretty soon! Yes. It is a boon for everyone else except, the designer. It could be said that they made their money and now it's in the public domain. The US is probably one of the few markets that would have legal avenues for them to protest. Edited August 1, 2015 by Sim_Player
