Rileyknaphus 4
My gas tube has a kink in it making it so the puck cannot go through. Is my gun completely done for??? Any suggestions???
evlblkwpnz 3,418
The puck doesn't go through the gas tube. Try putting it in the front of the gas block. Have you had it taken apart for a long time and just forgot how it went in?
Lone Star Arms 2,047
It's more likely your op rod is bent. Typically when this happens, performance starts to degrade and eventually the gun just stops cycling. If this is the case, a new op rod will fix the problem.

gunfun 3,931
I think Evl's post is probably right. OP doesn't understand that the puck is not supposed to go back through the gas tube, or he has it stuck in with caked crud and is afraid of using enough force to knock it forward past the crud-bisquit.
Vance665 225
When in doubt, try a bigger hammer.
Capt Nemo 882
If it's a crud bisquit, apply powder solvent and work it back and forth. I get that after 200 rounds of mag dumps within 15 minutes. The puck is frozen with plastic when I get it home to clean. So is the barrel and Polychoke. Gettin a little too hot for plastic shotcups.
