sqeezeatrigger 0
New to this forum, have a question about where the spent casings are thrown-- My Arsenal (5.45) tosses them about 4:00, and my new plain jane Saiga 5.45 cases are closer to 2:00!! Is this a possible problem? They both shoot great and function fine, Arsenal has about 1500 rounds thru it the Saiga is new with 50 rounds thru. Any thoughts? Thanks! sqeezeatrigger 0
After I posted, I realized it may be in the wrong section-- but no replies at all? Think it may be a gas related thing?
Hawk451 2,230
Welcome! Can't say for standard Saigas. My SGL 31 throws empties about 12' at 0200. Seems to be fine.
Sim_Player 1,939
There are a lot of reasons why rifles might eject differently. - Ejector positioned differently - Extractor claw wear different - Extractor claw spring strength different - Chamber wear (loose vs tight) or laquer thickness on shell casings different etc.. If it ejects and shoots reliably, I would not worry.
