After SH everything not bolted down sold by evening.. Today is just like any other day for me, I did have some bigger orders from OR but go figure, they are the most likely to see a ban at the state level.

SGammo had some big volume today... But they still show ammo in stock even some cheap stuff. SH it was ALL gone by mid afternoon.

Heck this is less of a panic than the M855 scare.. That panic stripped the local walmart bare for weeks.

there's not going to be a panic on this one, not a single gun control bill would go anywhere right now. it will likely be a key issue in 2016 elections but not now.

at worse, some state level bills for oregonians could pop up.. not sure what yet. they just did UBCs last year, they may be ripe for mag limits or AWB if someone pushes hard enough.

it really fucking sucks because wife's family has all moved down to eastern Oregon and that's where she wants to move... that or MT where her mom lives. but Oregon is even more far along infected with the Californian dumbness than this state is.

I miss the way the PNW was when I was a kid.. anything went.

heard on news 13 dead....

one witness on news (a girl from in the room) saying that the shooter lined people up and asked religeon. If said christian, got shot in head. If no answer or something else, got shot in leg. Also, heard police haven't released name of the turd yet despite being killed.

If true, that in itself is unbelievable. Patiently line up and wait to get shot??? 5-10 couldn't or wouldn't jump his ass??? He can't kill them all and in the end that rifle would be shoved up his ass sideways. Jeez..

My son who will turn 17 the 28th said to me .If anyone ever tried that at his school , he was going to pick up something and bash them and tackle them and the fight would be on . He said he didn't understand people answering then standing there and getting shot . I feel sorry for the victims and their famalies ,but I would choose to fight back.

I was wondering if in such a situation it would be possible to toss a book bag at the shooter to distract them while making your approach. It would seem to me that a natural reaction for the shooter would be to catch the bag or knock it away leaving himself/herself open for a few seconds. A few seconds in a classroom environment is all you need to close the distance.

For some reason people seem to think that a gun is the ultimate in lethal weapon capable of hitting anyone nearby with pinpoint accuracy. It's like people don't know that a gun is essentially a high velocity stone thrower. Granted the stone in question is quite small. I think part of the problem is that people have a comical view on stuff informed via movies. In this case action movies where the good guy head shots the bad guy from 300 yards away while jumping through a plate glass window.

People either need to start fighting back or we're going to end up banning everything down to plastic knives..

Oregon Mass Shooter On Terror List Obama Refused To Take From Russia

The Federal Security Services (FSB) is reporting today that an American black-Islamist terror suspect, who yesterday committed an act of mass murder in the State of Oregon (United States), had been included on a list of 87,000 “known/suspected” Islamic terrorists that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) refused last month to accept from the Federation due to its not being “politically viable in the present atmosphere”.

According to this report, the black-Islamist terrorist who committed this act of terror, Chris Harper Mercer, had previously been indentified by electronic intelligence specialists within the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) as being an Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) adherent after he had attempted to gain passage to Syria via Turkey during the first week of September, 2015.

By the Obama regime refusing to accept this terror list from the Federation, this report continues, Mercer was able to accomplish his terror act when yesterday he killed 9 people and wounded 7others at the Umpqua Community College prior to his being shot and killed by local US police forces.

Most critical to note about this FSB report is that where it ends, the mysterious, and hugely read, Russian publication Reedus (Ridus.ru) continues—and to fully understand this information one must note that Russian intelligence agencies (SVR/FSB) frequently use Reedus to put information into the public sphere that otherwise would have serious international consequences should the government be found to be behind it—thus giving Reedus its current status known as “a Kremlin resource” and an “agency of Orthodox journalism”. And the information relating to the black-Islamist terrorist Mercer “leaked” into Reedus by the SVR/FSB is, to say the least, shocking and disturbing–including that immediately after the Oregon mass shooting, his Internet personal profile was changed from his true identity as an ISIS/ISIL terror supporter to one of his being a “white conservative Republican”. Also important to be noted was Mercer’s association with the ISIS/ISIL terrorist Mahmoud Ali Ehsani, who is banned in Russia [Русский], and was one of only two of Mercer’s MySpace “friends” and who praises the Islamic State, calls for the killing of Jews and glorifies in pictures on his MySpace page his rapture of these terrorists.

With the true knowledge of Mercer being known as the black-Islamic terrorist he truly was, information which the Obama regime refused to accept from Russia, his mass terror act in identifying and killing Christians becomes immediately understandable.

As to why the Obama regime and their propaganda media lapdogs are disguising the truth from the American people about this horrific act of Islamic terror against them, especially to the families of the dead and wounded, it is not known—but shouldn’t really surprise anyone as that government has been nothing but a mountain of lies for years.

A total aside but when I was teaching social studies in high school and they had a lock down drill, I would conduct it in a different way. I would tell the students that if they heard shots that this was going to be our plan -- that anyone entering the classroom was going to die -- that absolutely I was going to die because I was going to be the first to try to make the perps brains leave his head and I will probably be shot. The rest of you need to be with me and defeat this effer -- it is going to be either he or you that will die -- make your choice now. Think now what you want to use to defend yourself and when the time comes, attack with savagery and without limits because you have nothing to lose and your life to gain...

Needless to say my classes would NOT have been wiped out!

I read that 4chan thread in it entirety and it about made me sick. All I can say is shut that shit down. I am all for holding people accountable for what they say and what they do. I am not so certain people should be able to post anonymously anymore.

If people posted that shit on this site and a mod didn't promptly remove it I have to say then that's grounds for cyber shutdown. Egging someone on to commit mass murder. It's just as bad as pulling the trigger. Society needs to step up and push back on this sort of shit.
