I've completely disassembled twice.

Once to familiarize myself and again for a thorough cleaning after dropping it in the mud while hog hunting.

I initially just rinsed the whole rifle in swamp water and kept hunting.

No tricks needed, it is pretty simple.

How often do you guys completely dissemble your bolt and do you have any tricks to doing so?

I assume you mean removing the extractor and firing pin.?.?.

Personally, never, unless one of them is broken or needs replacing.

+1 on being simple and no trick needed.  It's just one pin that retains the extractor and firing pin.

I disasemble for initial cleaning on a new (to me) gun. Then only if there is a question of function. Regular cleaning just blast with carb and choke cleaner, blow it out and use some 0W30 synthetic oil. wipe and drain as dry as possible.

I have disassembled my AK bolt one time, that was to polish it to a chrome like finish, then never had I done so again.

It was real easy to do though.

For cleaning I clean the out side with Hoppes #9, compressed air to blow it out. Oil using the same method.
