If the majority vote "NONE OF THE ABOVE" then the election void and must be re-held with NEW candidates. The system we have today is a total sham, you are given two candidates, one from each Party. One of them will get elected even if the vast majority of voters do not like either one. You do not get to vote "NOT ANY OF THESE ASSHOLES". Under the current system there is NO incentive for either Party to even concider a cenrtist Candidate. The lunatic left, and the ritch only right are the ONLY constituancies that are represented.
