DLT 1,646
Just got back from the pawn shop. Had a pretty much mint century sporter for $1100. Too high? Also had a real Zastava milled Pap M92 with folder and pinned on can for $2500. That one seemed worth it, but I can't afford that right now. Some pretty good deals this black friday. BigChongus 765
I recall reading that the Golanis were pretty hit and miss with quality. The ones that were miss were really messed up. DLT 1,646
Good to know. Thanks W8! I almost dropped a down payment on it to set it aside, but something just kept telling me "don't do it". I figured if I wanted a milled receiver AK rifle, I could just order a C39v2. No negative reports anywhere on those and from what I understand, awesome quality. I've handled two so far, and both had amazing machining.
G O B 3,516
At pawn shops, offer 75% if they do not take it , walk out and come back another day. You will generally get it, as they almost always mark it up by that amount.
elvis christ 451
My buddy had a century golani, it was awful. Nothing ever worked right on it, despite several trips back to the manufacturer.
