james lambert 3,059
This piece of shit cost the lives of several of our soldiers in failed rescue attempts. And the taliban generals traded for him are back on the battle field. Its about time a court-martial was initiated!! In my mind Two Traitors should be brought to justice.

patriot 7,197
Military trial for treason, and desertion, followed by a firing squad. by the book Exactly. UCMJ is fair. Unyielding, but fair. His actions got Americans KILLED. Desertion: http://www.ucmj.us/sub-chapter-10-punitive-articles/885-article-85-desertion © Any person found guilty of desertion or attempt to desert shall be punished, if the offense is committed in time of war, by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct, but if the desertion or attempt to desert occurs at any other time, by such punishment, other than death, as a court-martial may direct. Espionage/Treason: http://www.ucmj.us/?s=treason © A sentence of death may be adjudged by a court-martial for an offense under this section (article) only if the members unanimously find, beyond a reasonable doubt, one or more of the following aggravating factors: (1) The accused has been convicted of another offense involving espionage or treason for which either a sentence of death or imprisonment for life was authorized by statute. (2) In the commission of the offense, the accused knowingly created a grave risk of substantial damage to the national security. (3) In the commission of the offense, the accused knowingly created a grave risk of death to another person. (4) Any other factor that may be prescribed by the President by regulations under section 836 of this title (Article 36). If we're lucky, he'll get TWO death sentences. ...I'd like to see him try to appeal that one! Edited December 15, 2015 by patriot

G O B 3,516
This POS needs a lead lesson. Can we volunteer to be on the firing squad? Maybe sell lottery tickets for a place on the squad to benifit the families of those who lost their life looking for him?
